This graphic shows the latest totals from channel 4. Channel 7 and 5 have total amounts of 8-12" the timing on this storm is overnight wednesday and out of here by early Thursday. The meteorologists still claim there is a chance it could go a little bit further out to sea which means lower totals. Timing could cause problems Thursday morning which may mean yet another snow day.

I love the snow that lands at just the right time so that they do not have enough time to plow it away.
I'm totally fine with a delay, too. Driving into school at 7:20am in the snow is dark and damp. Somehow it's always just a little bit brighter at 8:20.
I love waking up to a winter wonderland outside. It's so pristine and tranquil.
