Update...All meteorologists agree that we are getting all snow this time around no rain/mix. Still don't know how much. The above map is from channel 7. Two other stations say around 5 or 6 inches. The timing is critical because it is coming around 3:00 am which means a terribly messy commute.

Really hoping that we get enough snow for a snow day, or at least a delay! Keeping my fingers crossed! It would be nice to have another three-day weekend.
While real estate is "location, location, location!", snow days are all "timing, timing, timing!!!"
That's such a good analogy, Connor. In fact, both might involve a little bit of timing, a little bit of location, and a little bit of luck!
The best timing is when it starts snowing at 4:00 am
