Weekend Fun

What an exciting weekend. I spent Saturday at Gillette Stadium watching some great high school football teams. Sure it would have been even more exciting if Norton won, but I am very proud of the team. I was also impressed by the turnout Norton had in the stands. Then Sunday I woke to a white ground. Anyone who knows me is well aware that I love snow. Too bad we didn’t get more than the dusting, maybe more will come Friday morning. Then Sunday morning I did a little holiday shopping, (I love to shop) and came home to watch the Patriots win.

I had a great weekend!

Wow I pretty much did the same exact thing as you this weekend, haha. But I went shopping for Christmas lights and I can not wait to put them up! I love your picture of Brian Desmond, it's intense.

I love going to Gillette and the game was great. It seemed like the fix was in though when they called that touchdown off the kick return back because of some blocking b.s. like 30 yards behind the play. The sickest play of the game, though, was when the kid from the other team caught the ball with one hand Randy Moss style. And then Sunday I woke up at like 12:30 and saw snow! I put up a bunch of Christmas stuff too.

You are so busy Mrs. Taylor! How do you fit it all in?!

wow that does sound like a fun weekend! I had a fun but busy weekend too! I even put up my christmas tree!! Sadly i couldnt go to the game on saturday but i bet it was a ton of fun!

Dean, I agree, that play was sick, indeed.

That game was a heartbreaker...
We were so close. I can't believe they called back our kick return TD! And then they gave the other team a TD when the receiver had one foot blatantly out of bounds!! Dean's right - the game was fixed!

I wish I had been able to go to the game, it seemed like everyone had a great time even though we lost. Hopefully we get more snow soon!

I saw the game front row with band, then I worked until late. Sunday a tree fell in my road so I was stranded till about 4pm.

Unfortunately I couldn't go to the game on saturday because I had to work. I was very excited on Sunday though when I saw fresh snow on the ground. I love snow, and seeing the first snowfall always gets me ready for the long winter. Hopefully we'll get another snowfall before Christmas!

I agree with Kevin, it seems like you are always doing something and never have enough time to finish everything. I wish I had gone to the game, but I needed to catch up on some much needed sleep, and some more homework. I can't wait to start decorating for Christmas too.

Elise, that picture of B-Dez is a sad one, it is of him diving on the fumble in the endzone after it was dropped. The referees called it a touchdown for the other team eventhough they never had full possesion of the ball. That's when Brian dove on it, it should've been a safety. This picture was the start of the downward spiral of that game. But one came can hardly ruin the tremedous season and sccomplishments of our football team. This has been one of the best fall sports seasons in recent history.

Its to bad that the football team lost on saturday and im surprised the patriots just barely pulled in out in Seattle. As i said earlier however, basketball season is starting up and I am very excited.

Yeah I was so surprised on sunday morning when there was snow! And that weekend my family went shopping for a new fake christmas tree. (I have to have a fake tree because my two cats would try to eat a real one)

The football game was really fun even though we lost, hopefully our other sports teams can get that far in their seasons, too. Rebecca, we get out the 23rd so not too much longer!

I'm sad we lost too, but like Mrs. Taylor said it was impressive to see half the town come out to support the team. Just making it this far is a huge accomplishment. I havn't done any holiday shopping yet :/ My weekends are just as buys as my week, but they're a lot more fun!

I, like Jess, wish I had gone to the game, but I, like Jess, had to work... boo. I am glad, though, that Norton played a good game.

I would have liked to go to the game. It sounds like it was a lot of fun!

I agree with Chad, that game was pretty disappointing...but to look at the bright side, Norton definitely had an amazing season and we should all be proud of them. The game was a great time anyways because going to Gilette Stadium is always a fantastic experience!

I'm so jealous of everyone who got to go to the game....Instead, I had to work and missed it. Even though they lost I still would have loved to go see them at Gillette because I've only been to the actual field once and it was amazing.

The game was definately dissapointing and even though we lost we had a great season. It was very nice to play in Gillette and we hope to be playing there again next year.

Wow, it sounds like you are a very busy person! I wish I could do all of that in one weekend.
Like Pete, I wasn't able to go to the game because I had ballet. But with all of the other comments like mine, I wish I could have gone to see the game, even though we lost.
