Only 4 weeks to go

Another great year is coming to an end. I can not believe that there are only 5 more math classes left this year. It has been so much fun with my classes this year. I want to thank all my students for their hard work and for making my job so enjoyable. This time of year is very busy and it is easy to lose focus so make sure you stay on top of your assignments and get some studying done. Don't leave your final exam studying until the last minute.
If you like baseball (that would be me) this is a fun time. I am waiting to hear when Norton plays their first playoff game which will probably be this weekend. I hope everyone can come cheer on the guys. I am also waiting to hear my son's schedule for this weekend because he is in the KP cup (a little league baseball tournament). As long as his team keeps winning we could play 8 games in two days. That can be a little tiresome so I may need a nap on Monday.

I'm very excited for that the year is almost over! Junior year has definitely been a tough year with school work, so I think everybody is looking forward to relaxing over summer break.

i agree with sam i could use a break. but, this year has been great and it has gone by so fast!

I deff agree with Sam. Junior year has been tough. Has anyone else noticed themselves being super busy with projects right now? I must have either 6 or 7 major projects right now. I don't think I have ever had an end-of-the-school-year this busy before. I will be sooooo glad when summer comes so I can sleep on a regular schedule again.

This summer will be busy for everyone too because of work and college stuff. Omg...college! I can't believe it is already our senior year (well, almost).

i agree with rebecca, all of a sudden i have a project in every class and its a little overwhelming. but we are in the home strech. i cant wait for summer! i cant believe we r going to be seniors!

I agree with Becca, we have so many projects all at the same time and finals coming up soon. I'm definitely not getting enough sleep with everything going on. Junior year has gone by so fast, I can't believe it's almost over!

This year was the first year I have ever taken an honors/advanced math course and I have to give credit to you, Mrs. Taylor. I have never had a teacher so dedicated to his/her students. Even though this year has been one of the most stressful, it has been well worth the hard work! :D HELLOOO SENIORR YEARRRRRR

I deffintly agree with kevin in that this year has been very tough with lots of sports and work from classes.

I agree with Sam, junior year has been a lot of hard work, and i can not wait to be a senior!

Also, i agree that this year is ending very quickly! It seems that ever since i entered high school time has been flying by!

Kind of like Sam, this year has been easily my most stressful year of school. We had a lot to do and balancing work between sports was pretty tough. We're almost done though!

And yea Rebecca! The projects right now are ridiculous! It seems like i have one every night

Julia Ariola said...

Yeah I agree with Rebecca- we have so many projects right now that aren't even for finals! But theres only a few weeks left until we're seniors!

I agree with Rebecca too! I hate how many projects we are getting, especially when summer is so close! I can not wait to be done with all the hardwork and relax for a bit. :)

i went to the first baseball playoff game, does anyone know if the next one is scheduled yet?

With the baseball team playing so well in the post-season, maybe we'll get to see a good run at a championship by the end of the school year. That would be a great way to end the year!

Sam is right a winning baseball team would be fantastic. All of our other sports have done so well this year it would be fitting.

I agree with Sam, doing well in the playoffs would be a great way for the baseball team to end the year!

This is my favorite time of year! Although finals can be stressful I'll be relieved to be out of school and have time to relax(: The baseball team has been doing great so far! I went to the first game and they won by a lot and I heard they won by a lot at the second game too. I hope they win the whole thing!

Ill come home and immeidately post the score of our score so the people on here that might be wondering can find out hopefully we win!

I know how you feel having so many baseball games. My little brother plays baseball and is always going to some kind of game or practice. But a few weeks ago he broke his wrist so he still has a few more weeks until he can play again. I feel bad for him but it is a much easier schedule.

I agree with Joe. The end of this year has been overwhelming due to the amount of projects given to us in each class. I cannot wait for it to be over.

Apparently in the eyes of Mr. Dewar we're not seniors yet because he won't let us go upstairs to the library in the morning instead of the cafeteria. I asked him and that's what he said.

I AGREE WITH YOU C.LE! THESE PROJECTS ARE RIDIC!

Alyssa Graham said...

I agree tha it is really hard to believe that there are only five math classes left. It feels like there should be a few more.
Though I do agree with Carolyn, I can't wait for the school year to be over for summer vacation.

Keiko C said...

I totally agree with Carolyn and Joe. I'm so ready for this year to be over, but I feel like I still have so much stuff to do. I feel like I have an overload of things to do still and not enough time!
I can't wait for this year to end, but I can't really look forward to a relaxing summer. Once school ends I'm going to Atlanta for ballet for the majority of the summer. It will still be a good summer, but no relaxation for me!

i am SOOOO excited for summer! Only 10 more school days and technically 5.5 full days left! This was a hard, long, painful year and i can NOT wait for it to be over!

I am SO excited for summer! This school year was hard and long and I can NOT wait for it to be over! I'm disappointed the boys team lost though! But the fact that there is really only 5.5 full school days left makes me sooo happy!

I agree with the whole junior student body! This year has been a long, stressful, and overwhelming year of work! But, when I look back on it, it flew by so fast! It has been a great year despite the constant annoying work. But, hey, what is school for? Overall, I enjoyed it, and math class was pretty fun! Thank you for all your great teaching, Mrs. Taylor!

I agree with Jess this is the best time of the year becuase everything is winding down. Junior year had a lot of challenges but it was also really fun. I think Kevin said it best, HELLO SENIOR YEAR :)

I cannot wait for this year to end it has been long and tough.

Everyone has said that we have an intense amount of projects right now, and I have to agree. Almost every subject has assigned them. I agree with Kate, that Junior year has been a challenge. And we all can't wait for Senior year. But we will miss you Mrs. Taylor. You've been a great teacher :)

The school year just flies by every year. The start of spring sports just sort of marks the beginning of the end.
